Tomasz finds motivation in his personal growth journey and in the sense of unity and shared accomplishment. Gaining a deep understanding of a topic by applying a scientific, structured approach is what really excites him. Those drivers translate into his professional career, where he is recognized for his leadership skills and his expertise in the areas of project management, project controls, planning and digital transformation.
Back Story and Achievements
An accomplished graduate in Civil Engineering and Project Finance from esteemed universities in Poland and in France, Tomasz began his career as part of the Project Controls team on the Ohio River Bridges project in the US. He then led the planning of the 3rd Bridge over the Panama Canal before embarking on a gap-year in South America focused on self-development, reflection and cultural exploration.
In 2017, Tomasz moved to London and shifted his focus to implementing tools and software for efficient project delivery. One of the most notable achievements of this time was leading a remote, multicultural team of Oracle Unifier experts that successfully delivered a company-wide Engineering Deliverables Management System for Petrofac in Dubai. He later joined th3rdcurve as Head of Digital in 2020, and assumed the role of Delivery Lead and Head of Consulting Services at Alsvior Global in 2022. He lives in London with his wife Talia and their energetic Hungarian Vizsla doggie Nela.

Avid rock climber since the age of 14.
Introduced his wife to yoga in 2014. She became a yoga teacher since while Tomasz’s splits haven’t progressed much.
Sport enthusiast that enjoys swimming, trekking, running, tennis, cycling, and yoga. Tomasz can be easily convinced to join any amateur team or a fundraiser as long as it involves socializing in the pub afterwards.
