We were hired by a specialist subcontractor to recover a project that was in significant delay, exposing our client financially. Whilst hired to take ownership of all commercial deliverables, our scope quickly grew to include estimating and planning.
Our client is designing and bringing to market small modular nuclear reactors. We provided a range of services within the PMO, including planning, project controls, and development of digital tools.
Integration of complex systems, design changes, fast build time. Optimum planning & project controls is key for the success of the construction of these £500m giants.
