Uğur is a civil engineer, which was his childhood dream. He is passionate about building new things and optimizing processes.
He wants to be a part of an organization that is making an innovative revolution in the construction industry.
Main principles of Uğur are data-driven mindset, productivity and efficiency. That’s why he focuses on problem before starting and then prepare data sets. Then he takes action and optimize process.
Born and raised in Turkey, Uğur has worked in Turkey, Germany and UK as a site engineer, planning engineer and assistant project manager on projects ranging from £1m to £2.5B.
His most formative experience was spending a number of years as a project planner for Siemens on the Istanbul 3rd Bosphorus Bridge Project.
He has also worked as a Product Manager for his own tech start-up where he gained entrepreneurial perspective.
