Have led negotiations up to financial close and actual completion date on Hospital PFI’s, deputy programme director on London Underground PPP, director of capital investment & development for Moorfields Eye Hospital, framework lead for metropolitan police estate rationalisation and accountable lead for Defra property programme at APHA.
Past chair of RICS professional group board for project management, member of the RICS executive leadership faculty – course deliverer for project management in London and Brazil.

Tim loves laughing and enjoys hiking in places such as Nepal, he's also big football fan (The Arsenal), listening to and going to indie rock band gigs and is also bit of a history nut and loves to chill and spend time with his family.
