She believes communication is essential to solving problems and that asking the right questions paves the way for decision-makers.
Serra is a civil engineer who believes learning never stops. Supporting her clients with new materials/technologies, techniques, and regulations provides her with opportunities for ongoing education and personal growth.
Originally from Turkey, Serra now lives in Istanbul.
She has worked with a contractor, Yapı Merkezi, on different projects in Tanzania and Ethiopia. She expanded her knowledge regarding project management, planning and cost control. Serra later decided to pursue her career at Mott MacDonald as a project manager, where she worked with cross-functional teams, and communicated effectively with stakeholders worldwide.
