Martin is a reliable and methodical engineer who enjoys breaking down each system to understand the detail, building robust logic driven programmes using a bottom-up approach with the complete buy-in of the Construction team.
Due to his attention to detail combined with a pragmatic attitude, Martin ends up developing useful tools which make the team life easier and improve the performance of the project.
Martin comes from Madrid, where he finished his Masters and started working as a Mechanical Engineer, having always in mind the target of developing an international career.
This goal lead him to the UK, where he got involved in a 5bn electrification programme, where his organisation skills rapidly turned him into the planification & delivery of the works, the coordination of subcontractors and the client interface.
After the experience earned in multiple construction projects, he realised the room for improvement across all the different areas, and decided to be part of Laminar team to transform our industry.
