Mark likes everything to be highly organized at work. He believes that listening is one of the keys to producing and delivering high quality outputs in a timely manner.
For him, developing templates are enjoyable but he understands that these tools should always benefit the users and not just be a form required to be filled out.
With a background as a design and planning engineer, he is equipped with the essential knowledge related to project controls and data analytics.
Originally from the Philippines, Mark has been involved as a design engineer and planning engineer in real estate companies, high rise projects, and mixed-use developments.
He was also associated in mentoring recent graduates on the fundamentals and importance of project management and controls.
He has lived in Singapore focusing on conservation projects of historical buildings. Now, he is based in the UK to continue to learn more about the industry and advance data technology, and expand his experience in different type of businesses.
