Kris gets his drive from being involved with projects that have a positive impact on the end user's lives. He believes that digitalisation is the way forward for the industry. He has been encouraged by what he's seen over the last decade and is excited by what is still to come.
Kris started his career in construction when a local tier-one construction company placed adverts in his school looking for trainee engineers. Kris applied, got an interview and subsequently got the job!
Since then, Kris has worked for a number of tier-one and two contractors, giving him the opportunity to work on a variety of major Infrastructure schemes as an integral part of the project management team.

• Kris, intrigued by his unusual surname, did a bit of research and found that it originates from sometime around the year 1066, and is an “occupational” name for someone who drinks large quantities of ale.
• He enjoys days out with his young family, especially trips to the sea side.
