Hilal is driven to implement new technologies like 4D and data analytics across construction projects. She believes visualisation is a key tool in understanding and managing, and therefore realising, projects.
She understands that each project has unique needs and is skilled in how to develop innovative and practical tools to fulfill them.
Originally from Turkey, Hilal has lived, studied, and worked in the US, Kuwait, and the UK.
Predominantly a planning manager, she's experienced in structural coordination, cost estimation, and QA/QC engineering for projects related to railway, hospitals, harbours, and residential projects ranging from £1 million to £500 million.
