Tom is an adept project manager with a background relying heavily on good planning and problem solving ability. He is focused on finding solutions to issues early in a project’s life to ensure smooth delivery, but is also able to apply wider commercial knowledge to ensure planning success.
Tom spent most his childhood overseas before moving back to the UK to complete a Civil Engineering degree, which led to a project engineer position in a rail and infrastructure-focused company. He quickly progressed to a project management role, which he enjoyed for five years, and learnt lots about the industry, before deciding to look for new challenges in the form of an MBA degree.
