​Originally from Turkey, he has lived, studied, and worked in Turkey, Kazakhstan, Oman, and the UK.​

Predominantly a planning manager, Cagri is experienced in cost management, construction planning, contract management, and delay claims. He has worked for residential, commercial, infrastructure and rail projects from £1m to $5b.​
