Customer satisfaction is something that keeps Aung going. After having completed many projects, it clears to him that delivering the values that meet client’s needs is what ultimately determines the project success. Aung believes that active involvement from all project stakeholders as well as effective communication among them are critical to project success.

Backstory and Achievements

Originally from Myanmar (Burma), Aung started his project management career in Singapore, mostly as a main contractor.

With more than 13 years of experience in Singapore construction industry, he’s handled different types of projects ranging from residential and mixed-development commercial to infrastructure and industrial, involving in every stage of project life cycle.
