Antonio is driven by strong values and principles, respects the others and believes that mutual benefit relationships are the key to achieve long term successes. He values honest relationships, accountable and efficient teams where the team stands above all individuals, without exception.
He is passionate, open minded, believing that its on the difference where teams get their strength. Antonio strongly considers that there is much to improve in construction, where standard practices need to follow other industries trends, towards a more flexible, efficient and reliable way of working, and wants to be part of this transformation.
Back in its 20’s, his view of a dynamic, and fast pacing modern world and future globalisation requirements, took him to an Erasmus experience in Slovenia, planting there the seed for his future international career.
After completing his Master’s degree, Antonio embraced an international Career, in Europe and Africa, acquiring valuable experiences working in completely diverse contexts as well as projects.
At 30 year old Antonio was leading a project with over 100 employees and was the company representative for all the lakes region, in Ivory Coast.
Antonio is a family orientated individual, and accepted the UK challenge to be closer to his family. In the UK, where he worked over the past 7 years, he helped delivering some of the greatest infrastructure projects in the country.

• Speaks Portuguese, English, and French and a tiny bit of Spanish/Italian.
• Has an adorable dog, called Maya, who is 2 year old.
• He is the proud daddy of Emma, who smiles a lot but doesn’t have any teeth yet.
