Will loves solving problems and making things happen. He thrives in fast-paced team environments where he can bounce ideas off others and coach newer team members, imparting his knowledge and experience wherever he can.
He loves meeting new people and developing relationships with contacts new and old. His best days are the ones where he's able to see the results of his work come together, whether that be through successfully delivering project work, bringing on new clients or seeing those who work alongside him learning and developing.
Following a brief stint in pharmaceuticals after graduating in Chemistry, Will decided to pursue a career in a slightly different direction with a more hands-on, people focus.
He now has over 12 years’ experience in management consultancy, specialising in the operations, people, marketing and business development areas.
