Noemi is passionate about process optimization and process excellence. She’s a systems thinker, methodical and with a solid client-focus, whether is the internal client, removing roadblocks, automating and streamlining processes to enable the team to reach their full potential, or the end client, designing and setting up the systems and processes that will support the creation of “wow” moments.
She’s curious and an avid learner, always open to new ideas and in constant search for knowledge.
Noemi started her career as Project Engineer, and then as Project Manager, managing electronic security and building automation projects for over eight years. She was then promoted to Operations Manager, and she specialized in the design, set up and optimization of business processes for remote teams and scale-ups, team development and customer relationships management.
