Wayne is a natural problem solver who thrives on finding solutions to every design challenge he encounters. His methodology always considers the harmony between aesthetics and purpose. He also enjoys design conversations and exchanging knowledge with colleagues.
He discovered his love for design while developing a software project that involved a graphical user interface—as a computer programming student. After finishing the project, the realization came as he found himself more interested in UI design than coding. After spending two years in computer programming, he formally decided to shift to a more design-centric course.
After graduating from college, he continued to acquire new design skills through self-learning. His curiosity and willingness to adapt led him to become a multifaceted designer. He gained experience and knowledge in various creative disciplines, such as motion graphics, UI/UX/interaction design, branding, graphic design, digital illustration, 3D visualization, video production, and photography.
With more than 10 years of experience in the design industry, Wayne is fortunate to have had the opportunity to work in different creative roles and collaborate with several multinational and local companies from a variety of industries ranging from telecommunications, insurance, fintech, SaaS, construction, and consumer goods.

Wayne’s passion for design doesn't stop in the digital environment. In his spare time, he explores his ideas through traditional crafts in the form of furniture making and leather crafting.
He appreciates minimalist interior design. He's a handyman who enjoys doing home improvements by himself. He’s also a fan of industrial design. Dieter Rams, Jony Ive, and Jesper Kouthoofd are some of the industrial designers he idolizes.
Wayne also likes classic touring bicycles. Hunting for old and rare bike parts and assembling them piece by piece to give them a new life brings him satisfaction.
He's a fan of The Beatles, Cream, and Radiohead. He also likes to watch mixed martial arts matches and fight analysis videos.
