Rashee constantly gets excited with new and creative ideas to improve something. She's a goal-oriented team player who loves analysing data to draw a clear and simple conclusion. She enjoys coaching and mentoring younger colleagues. She never starts the day without a “to-do list” to help her manage her time.
Rashee started her career in the construction industry as a planning engineer in the Philippines, where she was born and raised. She's experienced in infrastructure, landscaping, high-rise projects, and mixed-use developments from pre-construction to the post-construction stage.
She was also privileged to coach and mentor younger colleagues on the basic principles of planning and controls.
She worked for five years as an Overseas Filipino Worker in Qatar before joining Laminar.
