What Drives Him

Onder is driven by solving challenging problems with his team. He enjoys empowering younger colleagues by helping them. He thinks that the construction industry has a long way to go in terms of efficiency, automation and keeping up with new technologies. Therefore, he believes that transformation is inevitable in every field and especially in mentality.  

Back Story and Achievements

He started his career in the construction industry in Turkey, where he was born and raised. With more than 15 years experience in both field and office work, he specialized in planning and budgeting. Throughout his career, he worked as a contractor, subcontractor, project management consultant and employer in the companies he worked for, and experienced the different perspectives of all stakeholders.
