Miguel thinks that his drive or motivation is the opportunity to learn new things. As he continues to do the tasks he is responsible for, he is driven by the chance to unconditionally challenge himself to learn the skills and strategies required in accomplishing the task. The more problems he solves or contributes to the solution, the more he gains confidence in himself and gives him the motivation to continue being relentless.

Backstory and Achievements

Miguel graduated as a Cum Laude in his university in Cebu, Philippines. He started his professional career as an assistant planning engineer in a general contractor company. He eventually became a senior planning engineer with experience mainly in vertical structures such as malls, condominiums and hotels.

He was also delegated to represent the company in bidding processes by making the schedule and other bid planning documents.
