Marc has always aspired to be a subject matter expert (specifically in project management) to whom the newbies can turn for advice. He wants to keep on learning and moving forward so that he can teach and mentor the younger generations of engineers who also have a passion in project management. He loves to collaborate with people and learn from them. He also loves having meaningful conversations with leaders and mentors. It gives him the inspiration to do more and learn more so that he can also be an effective leader in the future.
Marc started his career in the construction industry as a cadet engineer in the Philippines where he had the opportunity to be trained and be exposed to the overall construction process. Among those departments, he found his passion in project management, particularly project planning and controls. He handled office and residential projects and wish to manage and work with different types of construction as well.
He’s currently pursuing Master's in Engineering Management in Construction Management. He wants to broaden his area of expertise in construction and learn more about leadership in an organisation.

• Marc loves dealing with numbers and worked as a freelance maths online tutor and content developer to an educational website.
• He always wanted to be a bookworm (inspirational and self-development books), but it usually takes him a month or two to finish a single book. Podcasts are working much better for him.
• He has his own unique way of holding a pen when writing which most people find weird.
