Always excited for new learning opportunities and environments, Lamberto joined Laminar to expand his horizon to an international level. He's experienced in project controls and likes to help projects achieve timely delivery. He believes that proper planning, monitoring, coordination, and commitment are key elements in project management.
He loves working and exchanging ideas with passionate people. He believes that teamwork truly makes the dream work.
Born and raised in the Philippines, his passion for construction led him to be a planning and control engineer where he handled various types of projects such as high-rise residential buildings, mid-rise condominiums, housing projects, a cinema fit-out, temple, and commercial buildings.
Before joining Laminar, he worked as a lead planner for Philippines’ largest construction company where he gained experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, revenue variance analysis, earned value management, and others.

• He loves to travel and learn about culture, traditions, and food.
• He's a tennis fan who doesn’t know how play tennis, so he plays Badminton instead.
