Originally from India, Khidar has gained valuable experience in the construction industry in both the UK and the UAE. He has worked as a project manager in London, managing multiple commercial housing and super luxury residential projects. His leadership and organisational skills contributed to a significant increase in client satisfaction through the adoption of cloud-based project management software.
Prior to his experience in the UK, Khidar worked on large-scale commercial and real estate projects in Dubai valued at around £100 million. Khidar demonstrated exceptional project planning and coordination skills, resulting in activities being consistently ahead of schedule. He effectively managed multiple teams and maintained strict quality control standards throughout all project activities. With a strong focus on safety, Khidar ensured zero accident events by implementing comprehensive safety protocols and fostering a culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness.
