João is passionate about projects optimisation. He firmly believes that while the right tools and processes are crucial, but building a team with the right behaviours is paramount for the success of every company and project. João enjoys challenges and getting out of his comfort zone with a long-term and holistic vision while empowering those around him.
Originally from Portugal, João has occupied complementary roles in various civil engineering projects, including bid manager, project manager and planner. This exposure gave him a global overview of projects and the capacity to quickly identify solutions to optimise project delivery. His work experience includes projects from £50 million to £1 billion in two multinational construction organisations.
