What Drives Him

Joao is passionate about projects optimisation. He firmly believes that the right tools and processes are crucial, but building the right team and behaviours are paramount for the success of every company and project. Joao enjoys challenges and getting out of his comfort zone with a long-term and holistic vision while empowering those around him.

Back Story and Achievements

Originally from Portugal, Joao has occupied complementary roles in various civil engineering projects, including Bid Manager, Project Manager and Planner. This exposure gave him a global overview of projects and the capacity to quickly identify solutions to optimise project delivery. His work experience includes projects from £50M to £1B in two multinational construction
