Jasper is driven by continuous learning and growth. He is also passionate about analysing complex data which he approaches with technical, collaborative, and organisational skills and use of project management softwares. He is motivated by the idea that every day is an opportunity to be better.
Before joining Laminar Projects, Jasper worked for three years in a local construction firm, and a year with an international consulting firm. His career mostly focused on project management under project planning and controls.
He handled three projects under the local company he worked with – a mall, hotel, and a residential tower, all located at the heart of the Metro. He was involved in the creation of project execution plans and assisted project managers in ensuring timelines and revenue from design, procurement, and construction stages of the project.
As for the international consulting firm, he carried out supporting tasks such as project updating, progress tracking, and EOT evaluation for various projects in several international business areas such as residential buildings, data centres, schools, and commercial buildings.
With these experiences he was able to maximise his skills in using project management softwares like Primavera P6, MS Projects, and MS Excel, as well as presentation-related tools such as MS PowerBI and PowerPoint for an efficient delivery of outputs for clients and counterparts.
