Janina is passionately curious and constantly strives for both professional and personal growth. She aims to use this enthusiasm towards improving project delivery and innovation in the construction industry.
Born and currently living in the Philippines, she started her career at the largest construction company in the country. She has worked through different roles in seven years, from the field to design work. She contributed to a variety of large-scale projects such as commercial and residential buildings, infrastructure, and various temporary works.
Before joining Laminar, she was the Methods Officer for a premiere residential project located in the country’s financial hub. She led and managed the Methods Team in delivering safe and efficient methodologies for the temporary works and construction of 58-storey and 72-storey towers.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering
She is passionate about music and photography.
Enjoys watching football and a Real Madrid fan.
