Hilal is driven by implementing new technologies to construction projects such as 4D/data analytics. She believes visualisation is a key tool in understanding and managing and therefore realising projects.
She understands that each project has unique needs and is skilled in how to develop innovative and practical tools to fulfill those needs.
Originally from Turkey, she has lived, studied, and worked in the US, Kuwait, and the UK.
Predominantly a planning manager, Hilal is experienced in structural coordination, cost estimation, and QA/QC engineering for projects related to railway, hospitals, harbors, and residential projects ranging from £1 million to £500 million.
