Human-centric solutions – Henrietta loves to delve into the root cause of the challenge and produce solutions with stakeholders that are fit-for-purpose and built around the people who will use them.
Family and people – her motivation is to make society a better place. She believes solutions built with solid values promoting equality, fairness and trust benefit everyone and manifests a particular interest in data & AI bias in everyday work.
Born and raised in Southampton, Henrietta lived in the same house for 19 years until she left for university. She used to horse ride at university and joined the Modern Pentathlon team but was not very successful as she was a slow runner. She attained her PhD was at the University of Edinburgh.
