What Drives Him

Forming unlikely relationships between clients by bringing people together to make project progress more efficiently. George finds that one of the most significant issues on projects is communication and conflict between clients causing unnecessary delays, so he uses his collaborative and communicative skills to overcome this.

Backstory and Achievements

As a trained accountant, George wanted more of a challenge out of his career, leading him to join Crossrail. Although this was a complete career change, he has never looked back. Working on the biggest tunnelling project in Europe, he gained invaluable work and life skills which have helped mould him into the determined, ambitious and driven person he is today.
