George has over ten years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. He was a real estate transactions manager at Vantage Data Centers, a leading provider of data centre solutions in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. He has a master's degree in Construction Management and a RIBA certification, which demonstrate his professional knowledge and competence in the field.
He has experience managing various projects across EMEA related to site selection and acquisition, from the early stages of the projects (RIBA Stage 0-2)to the final stages (RIBA Stage 5). He has developed skills such as new business development, project planning, water management, and Autodesk 2D Design. He has built and maintained relationships with the sellers and the supply chain, consulted executive teams on risks and impact for the potential deals, and coordinated with the internal and external teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery. He is passionate and driven to deliver data centre solutions that support the growth and innovation of the digital economy.
