Deo is passionate about learning new things and pushing himself to the next level to become an expert who can teach others how to work fast and accurately. He wants to improve himself in order to contribute to the success of people around him. He hopes to become a civil engineer that can revolutionize the construction industry and make it enjoyable.
Born and raised in a province in the Philippines, graduated in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, thus launching his career in the construction industry. He has worked in planning and controls roles, managing different projects such as malls, residential buildings, churches, hotels, and water treatment facilities. With these projects, he was involved in developing project execution plans, making requests for a time extension, producing vital reports that were delivered to the client and the project team, aiding them in making decisions that improved the project and assessing schedules and claims from subcontractors.
He spent six years with one of the biggest construction firms in the Philippines and one year with an international firm with headquarters in the US before joining Laminar.
