Craig is an advocate of the Japanese concept Kaizen, a philosophy of continuous improvement of working practices and personal efficiency and a concept at the heart of everything Laminar stands for. He joined Laminar to apply his commercial expertise to the existing integrated project planning and commercial management offering, contributing to the unrivalled change management service that Laminar provides to its clients.
Craig enjoys delving into the detail and securing ways of maximising opportunities and minimising risks during a project lifecycle, in accordance with the contract.
He enjoys building a thriving inter-dependent team that challenges, supports, and functions as one unified whole, whilst exceeding client expectations and building lasting relationships along the way.
Craig has spent his career working in and around the UK. A commercial professional, Craig has fulfilled estimating, quantity surveying and project management roles, working on projects including The Shard, Olympic Park and Battersea Power Station.
He is most proud of building his last company from scratch to becoming a market leader within five years, in his senior management role as commercial director. His depth of experience working within a contracting, fast paced and highly pressured environment, has developed an unrelenting can-do attitude.
He has previously worked for Keltbray and Blu-3 (UK) Limited.
