Chris gets satisfaction from solving problems with methodical thinking and developing simplistic solutions. He believes that if a plan can’t be explained within a few sentences, it’s too complex to be understood. He enjoys team culture and working with people to produce the best outcomes possible.
Chris is based in the Midlands and has worked in both contracting and consultancy environments. As a design coordinator, he worked for a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a range of building projects from high-rise residential schemes, to refurbishment and fit-out projects.
He went on to work for a specialist claims and dispute consultancy in the forensic planning team and supported both employers and contractors in adjudications, arbitrations and litigations, during which he developed strong knowledge of delay analysis and planning / project controls best practice.
