Andre loves challenges, healthy competition, and new learnings as he believes that both individual and collective/team growth is never-ending, and we should always seek for it. He is also a supporter of the construction industry’s technological advancement through process automation and digitalization. He finds satisfaction on being able to successfully deliver projects and see co-professionals benefitting from the end-product.
Andre is a Filipino Civil Engineer that has exposure in Project Planning and Controls in the largest construction company in the Philippines and in one of the largest solar companies in the US. Before joining Laminar, Andre have handled multiple and diverse project types including vertical residential, horizontal residential, office, small infrastructures, hotels and renewables (large scale solar and storage solutions). He was also able to lead and influence a total of 15 planners and analysts as their direct manager.
