Born and raised in Portugal, Lídia's leadership skills grew from a young age, sped along by her time working for the three major industries in Portugal: industry, law, and real estate. Within these industries she had the opportunity to implement and refine human resources policies and procedures, as well as the protocol necessary to enforce them ethically and with liability.
