Tushar has worked as a design and estimating engineer in UK residential and commercial projects with a focus on foundation engineering and piling. This diverse experience has not only solidified his expertise in construction management but also strengthened his technical acumen. His hands-on involvement in the technical aspects of construction equips him with a well-rounded skill set.
Tushar’s impressive track record in the construction industry extends beyond the UK. He has also contributed to fast-track projects in Dubai and successfully managed large-scale commercial projects valued at more than £200 million. His experience in these fast-paced environments, which demand exceptional efficiency and adaptability, has honed his skills in handling high-stakes and demanding ventures.
This practical experience is complemented by his academic background. Tushar holds a master’s degree in construction management from the University of Leeds, which has enriched his understanding of construction processes and project management principles. His technical prowess and meticulous attention to detail enable him to anticipate and overcome potential roadblocks, ensuring seamless project execution and on-time delivery.

Tushar holds a master’s degree in International Construction Management and Engineering from the University of Leeds. As part of his academic journey, he conducted an in-depth dissertation study on the topic of “UK’s Higher Education Institutes Sustainability Strategy Formulation and Implementation: Drivers and Barriers.”
