Shreesha is an experienced Civil Engineer, possessing a deep passion for his profession and is driven by the opportunity to solve complex problems. With his expertise in Project Planning & Controls, he excels in identifying potential risks early on which has contributed to his involvement in teams responsible for constructing complex construction projects.
His ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor even in high-pressure job environments, allows him to think clearly and make well-informed decisions, ultimately leading his team and the company to success. His keen analytical skills and strategic approach, enable him to navigate challenging situations effectively and ensure the smooth progress of projects under his leadership.
Back Story and Achievements
Shreesha hails from Mangalore, a coastal city in the southern region of India. Initially, he embarked on his professional journey in India, working as a planner in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai. In 2011, he decided to explore opportunities in the Middle East and began his professional endeavors in Qatar. Over the course of six years, Shreesha held various positions, including planner, senior planner, and lead planner, contributing to major infrastructure projects and the development of malls and hotels.
In early 2017, Shreesha relocated to Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), where he dedicated the following six years of his career as a Senior Planner and Planning Manager. During this period, he played pivotal roles in numerous large-scale retail and commercial projects.
With his expertise and leadership, Shreesha successfully led teams of planners and senior planners, ensuring the timely completion of these ambitious ventures in both Qatar and the UAE.
Additionally, in 2020, Shreesha assumed the responsibility of heading the Estimation and Tender Planning department at his previous employer, ALEC. This role further highlighted his aptitude for strategic planning and demonstrated his ability to oversee and manage crucial aspects of project development.
Overall, Shreesha’s extensive background in planning and his noteworthy achievements in delivering mega projects in India, Qatar and the UAE demonstrate his proficiency and leadership in the field.

Fun Facts
Shreesha finds joy in a variety of activities such as watching and playing cricket, as well as engaging in Uno and other board games with his daughter (She always wins!). Although he himself can’t swim, he takes joy in taking his daughter to the baby pool, where she can safely enjoy the water with the help of floaters.
In his leisure time, he cherishes moments spent with his family and friends.
His love for travel runs deep, and he cultivates this passion by immersing himself in captivating travel and food documentaries on YouTube. Ever since he was a child, he has been a devoted fan of shows like Globe Trekker, Anthony Bourdain’s travel diaries which further fueled his wanderlust and desire to explore new places and cultures. He plans to take a road trip to the majestic Himalayas & travel to the Central Asia, South America in the near future.
