What Drives Her
When life knocks you down (and it will), motivation is the fuel that allows Rina to pick herself up and keep going. When experiences and life events try to convince her that the game is over, Rina’s motivation cheers her on not to give up. Rina believes that life is a rollercoaster ride. You can either scream through the whole thing or strap yourself in and enjoy the ride. When she encounters a low moment, she takes it as an opportunity to unleash her inner strength. She also believes that self-mastery is a process of becoming, not an end goal. It’s a life path motivated by the opportunity to be your best self.
Rina enjoys celebrating life’s small wins and rewards herself with something meaningful. Small wins may not seem like a big deal. However, celebrating small wins gives her mini doses of motivation and fulfillment that will keep her going.
Back Story and Achievements
Rina has over 17 years progressive experience in the Call Center BPO industry where she built and managed teams and fostered strong relationships with clients. Her expertise lies in forging and sustaining exceptionally trusting and lucrative relationships with key decision makers to accelerate growth while developing and inspiring teams and achieving success. Prior to working in the call center sphere, her previous roles were about building strategic relationships and marketing. She successfully built the Customer Success department for the US segment.

Rina’s passion outside work is cooking. She went to culinary school in Malaysia and trained one on one with a Master Chef for Chinese cuisine and also went to school for Malaysian cuisine
She also cooks other cuisines such as Spanish, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Filipino and some Portuguese food. She has a Facebook page which shows off her culinary skills and has developed a loyal customer base who love her food.
She has lived in Italy and the US and enjoys traveling when she can
