What Drives Him

Mohamed is passionate about construction and infrastructure projects, their extensive impact on our daily lives, and the challenges they bring through their delivery. He enjoys working with teams to deliver projects and provide solutions to complex problems by working with a clear vision, driving the team’s success through understanding and building on team members’ strengths and creating a structure for execution.
He enjoys the industry’s diverse challenges and is always looking for innovative ways to address them.

Back Story and Achievements

Born in Alexandria and grew up in Cairo. He moved to London to join Bechtel as a Project Controls Graduate rotating through projects and functions in the UK, Romania and Qatar. Building on his diverse experience in project delivery from business and commercial to technical, he moved into project management, delivering several challenging aviation and railways infrastructure projects in a busy operational environment.

Loves cycling and enjoys being in the mountains and doing outdoor sports

Led a team of 10 engineering volunteers to build a 42m suspension Pedestrian Bridge in Rwanda

Loves to cook and is passionate about healthy and sustainable living

Crossed the Atlantic on Cruise Boat before backpacking through South America
