Marco believes that challenging conventions is the only way for always improving.

His passion in innovation and data has been fuelled by his extensive experience in working with modern technologies. He loves analysing the challenges and goals of businesses and teams, suggesting the best technological solution to meet their needs and, either implementing these solutions himself, or closely working with technical teams and developers to bring them to life.

Back Story and Achievements

Originally from Italy, he moved to the UK in 2014 where he started working for BMW as a Data Analytics and Target Steering Manager, leading a team of specialists and developing the data analytics infrastructure currently used in their Mini plant.

Before working for BMW he was the managing director of a software and digital solutions agency in Italy.

He has a wood barrel for doing ice baths in his garden.
