Lídia has unbound potential in finding talent for the right position. With outstanding people-driven skills and a background in Human Resources Management, her drive is not only bound for greatness for herself, but projects it onto others so that they give their best regardless of position. Her goal is to be the bridge that unites the talent within the company and the talent that’s not (yet!). Ever-learning and an avid listener, she understands people and their emotions, and conveys it in a way that few people can.
Born and raised in Portugal, her leadership skills grew since a young age, working for the three major industries in Portugal: industry, law, and real estate. Within these industries she had the opportunity to experiment and implement human resources policies, procedures, and the protocol necessary to enforce them ethically and with liability.
