Carolina is passionate about people and words. She believes in Unicorns in organizations, and she wants to be the one who nourishes them along the way. 

Back Story and Achievements

Carolina is from Lisbon and based in Cascais, a traditional and charming Portuguese fishing town. She started her professional path as a Clinical Psychology trainee working with victims of abuse. Along the way, she found herself within organizations: started with Training (eLearning and digital learning) and moved to Recruitment and Management.

Formal Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology Post-graduation in Human Resources Management

Carolina has been filling blank pages with words and some poetry was published back then in a form of a book.
