What Drives Her

Bwalya is the first ever trainee of Laminar with a passion for technology, mastering new skills and learning new things for the sake of it. She hopes to become a civil engineer in the near future.

She is creative, analytical and finds pleasure in taking up difficult tasks to expand her capabilities. 

Bwalya hopes, with this great opportunity of being trained by the best of the best in the engineering industry, to be an asset for the team and an example of excellence for future trainees. 

Back Story and Achievements

While in high school, Bwalya realized it is her desire to see public health and safety being maintained through project executions, which drove her focus to civil engineering. She is working to make it a reality by learning from Laminar’s A – Team engineers before finally attending university.
