What Drives Him

Bryan is always in the pursuit of creating engineering solutions to various problems he encounters, either at work, or in his personal projects. He gets excited whenever he learns new skills to create the solutions he needs and he would spend hours stubbornly trying to figure out how to make things work the way he envisions it to work.

Back Story and Achievements

Originally from a small town in Eastern Samar, Philippines, Bryan went to Cebu despite not knowing how to speak the local dialect and having neither friends nor family in the area. He learned the local dialect, worked two jobs to pay for college, graduated as a Mechanical Engineer, and started working in the Construction Industry. 

In 2008, he went to Singapore and started to get involved in high end projects. His most formative experience was when he was assigned in Myanmar to be part of the team that built their Nay Pyi Taw International Airport. Communication with HQ in Singapore was unstable and unreliable, so he was basically in an island, separated from HQ support. He was supposed to work with a Senior Project Manager to help him lead the local workforce, but almost two years later, the Senior Project manager was still in Singapore doing another project. He was forced adapt and master the extreme stress and fear of being responsible for such a large and complex project.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Loves to read anything fiction! Manga, Isekai Light Novels, Novels. Some of his favorites are; Power of One, The Name of the Wind, John Dies at the End, Overlord (Isekai LN), One Piece, and many more.

Enjoys designing houses, dreaming he would one day own his design.

Other artistic pursuits such as Photography, Charcoal Drawing. 

DIY’ed the Interior Works of his wife’s clinic during the entire lockdown period of Covid19.
