Back Story and Achievements

Armando was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa and has worked for global blue-chip companies including, EY, Vodafone, Daimler AG, Royal Philips, Discovery Group, Vitality Group International.  He is a strong HR leader, with experience in leading multicultural and diverse teams across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the USA. These diverse experiences have cemented the critical importance of the People function in any organization and he always ensures that the function is proactive, agile, and close to employees and all stakeholders.

Master’s in Business Administration (M-Telecoms)

Bachelor’s in Business Administration and People Practices 

Fun Facts

He is fluent in both English and Portuguese and speaks three local South African Languages, Tswana, Xhosa and Zulu.

He loves dancing, music and taking long walks in the open.
