We ensure that interfaces are managed, sequences are optimised and progress is tracked to deliver the project in a clear and controlled manner. When things go wrong we support clients to protect their commercial position by clearly demonstrating the causes of delay due to third parties.
Cost, Risk, Change & Document Control
We make sure your cost controls are designed so that they answer critical questions about where the project is over or under spending so that action can be taken to mitigate the root causes. We ensure that strong change management is put in place with a system that is agile to fit the project’s changing demands and does not become a bottleneck to progress. We take ownership to ensure that the risks are actively mitigated throughout the project lifecycle.

The 1.4 GW Sofia offshore wind farm will be one of the largest in the world, as well as one of the farthest from shore, estimated to generate electricity to 1.2M homes.
We partnered with Kier at the ECI stage for the construction of the onshore converter station where we built the P6 programme covering the contract, design, procurement, and construction phases.
