HS2 Euston Station Enabling Works

We brought clarity to a constantly changing scope by implementing weekly delivery planning for all mechanical & electrical works in a live station environment

Northern Line Extension

We delivered a detailed contract programme and proactive delay claims for a £20m mechanical and electrical installation under and NEC3 contract

London Bridge Station

We led the planning for the two week Christmas shut down of London Bridge Station and implemented automated trackers to ensure the closure of over 8000 defects. Our work was recognised by the project director for impact and value.
