Hal has extensive experience leading digital transformations, promoting data-driven decision-making in construction.
Hal has a background in Political Science, with a strong focus on data analysis, quantitative methods, and statistical applications. Since 2021, he has been using these applied data skills to benefit the construction industry, both within small teams and across large organizations.
With his experience in applying modern BI tools to critical data streams, Hal has been able to create aesthetically pleasing dashboards that have significantly enhanced the quality of cost estimating, expense monitoring, financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and strategic workforce planning. Data-driven decision-making is vital in cutting through the noise, be it related to policy, process, or construction project.
