With over ten years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, I am a Real Estate Transactions Manager at Vantage Data Centers, a leading provider of data center solutions in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. I have a master's degree in Construction Management and a RIBA certification, which demonstrate my professional knowledge and competence in the field.
In my current role, I manage various projects across EMEA related to site selection and acquisition, from the early stages of the projects (RIBA Stage 0-2)to the final stages (RIBA Stage 5). I use and develop skills such as new business development, project planning, water management, and Autodesk 2D Design. I also build and maintain relationships with the sellers and the supply chain, consult the executive team on risks and impact for the potential deals, and coordinate with the internal and external teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery. I am passionate and driven to deliver data center solutions that support the growth and innovation of the digital economy.
